The latest rumour in this so far less than exciting summer transfer windows sees Everton linked with Sparta Rotterdam’s Dele Adeleye. Adeleye 20 from Nigeria who recently played alongside Joeseph Yobo at centre back said;
“There has been a lot of interest from the Premier League and I think Everton have made a serious bid in the past.”
“I cannot confirm now if there is negotiation between them and my club. What I know is that I am still a Rotterdam player.
“I will really love to play in the Premiership because it has been my desire to play in the top league in Europe.”
Adeleye has been at Sparta for a couple of seasons making 44 league appearances in the process.
