Despite Roberto Martinez going on record today to quell any rumours of a potential transfer of Seamus Coleman, the media continue to link him with moves away. Old Trafford or Stamford bridge are the red-tops destinations of choice and one former Blue believes that despite the manager not wanting to lose Seamus, every player has his price.

When asked during our exclusive interview today if he thought the club would do business if the £25m+ the press a taking about materialised, Graham Stuart said:

“Every man has his price, it’s as simple as that. Every player in world football has his price. I think Roberto would far from look to sell players, he would be looking to add to the squad.”

“I don’t for one second think he would be looking to sell, but if someone came in with a crazy offer and the club felt it was something that couldn’t be turned down, then the reality of the game is that it would be something that would have to be looked at.”

I think we all agree that should the crazy amount of money that is being talked about becomes a concrete offer then we would probably be best taking it and buying the three or four other positions we need first team players for; such as centre back, goalkeeper and wide midfielders.

So what’s your thoughts Blues? £25m+ would you keep him or let him go?
